Enjoy a Relaxing First Visit

Judgment-free care and personalized dentistry, starting the moment you walk through the door.

Judgment-Free Care

However long it's been since your last visit, you won't hear a lecture from us. Plenty of our patients arrive after years away. We start where you are and build a plan from there.

What Happens at Your First Visit

When you arrive, help yourself to a beverage while we finish your intake paperwork. A team member will then walk you back to a treatment room and capture digital images of your teeth and jaw.

Your dentist reviews those images with you on screen, explains exactly what they're seeing, and talks through the available options — including what each one costs and what happens if you wait.

What to Bring

  • Your photo ID and insurance card, if you have coverage
  • A list of any medications you currently take
  • Any relevant medical history or recent X-rays
  • Questions — we'd rather answer them than have you wonder

Insurance, Financing and Membership

We accept most major PPO plans and file claims for you. For treatment beyond what insurance covers, we work with Cherry, CareCredit, Sunbit and Hello Basis to spread payments out, often with low or zero interest.

No insurance? Our in-house membership plan covers preventative care and discounts other services, with no waiting periods and no annual maximum.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a first visit take?
Plan for about an hour. That covers intake, digital imaging, a full exam and time to talk through your options without rushing.
It's been years since I saw a dentist. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and you won't be judged for it. We see it constantly. We'll assess where things stand and prioritize what actually needs attention first.
Will I get a cleaning on my first visit?
Often yes, though if we find gum disease we may recommend a deeper cleaning at a follow-up so it's done properly.
