Dental Veneers in Katy, TX

Thin porcelain shells that correct shape, colour and alignment all at once.

What Are Veneers?

A veneer is a thin, custom-made porcelain shell bonded to the front of a tooth. Because it covers the visible surface, one treatment can address several concerns simultaneously — colour, shape, small gaps and worn or chipped edges.

What Veneers Can Fix

  • Deep staining that whitening can't lift
  • Chipped or worn edges
  • Small gaps between teeth
  • Teeth that look short, uneven or misshapen
  • Minor alignment issues where braces would be overkill

What the Process Looks Like

We start by talking through what you want to change, then prepare the teeth and take impressions. Your veneers are custom-made to a shade and shape chosen with you, then bonded into place at a follow-up visit.

We're deliberately conservative about which teeth get veneered. If whitening or bonding achieves what you're after, we'll say so.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do veneers last?
Commonly 10 to 15 years or more with good care. Avoid using your teeth as tools, and wear a nightguard if you grind.
Do veneers damage the teeth underneath?
A thin layer of enamel is usually removed so the veneer sits flush. That's why we're selective about recommending them, and only where the benefit justifies it.
Will they stain?
Porcelain resists staining well — typically better than natural enamel.
